This extra-large Santos Dumont watch measures 46.6 mm x 33.9 mm and has been meticulously designed and developed at the Parisian watchmaker’s manufacturing facilities in La Chaux-de-Fonds. The men’s luxury watch is crafted from robust, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, shaped into the recognisable square form. A silvered sunray dial provides the perfect backdrop for crisp black Roman numerals and traditionally crafted blued steel hands. The watch is water resistant to 30 meters and derives from an original design concept developed for Brazilian pilot Alberto Santos Dumont in 1904. Its square-shaped case features the iconic decorative screws set into the bezel. The watch’s integrated lugs lead to a deep blue alligator leather strap with a matching steel ardillon buckle. This Santos Dumont watch is powered by the manual winding calibre 430 MC, which provides a 36-hour power reserve. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass lens, treated with anti-reflective technology, protects the dial. Its beaded crown at 3 o’clock is set with a single scintillating round brilliant-cut diamond, offering a refined tactile experience.
